  1. It’s that time again! It was great seeing each of you tonight. I look forward to working with each of you and encouraging you along your journey. The next 8 weeks will be the start of the best days of your life. Let’s all get on board as we Choose 2 Lose!

  2. I am so glad that I joined this program. The first workout was very tough. I know that as the program progresses, things should get better or at the least, somewhat easier. I look forward to those times. I just want to encourage everyone to stick with it. Although I won’t be there for the first challenge, I just want to say, “Go Yellow !!!”

    We did an awesome job today. It was hard work but it was also fun. Continue to think positive and stay focused. We can do this!

  4. I am taking this opportunity to congratulate everyone on a job well done. The efforts you displayed during today’s Team Challenge were impressive. Each of you worked extremely hard. I thoroughly believe you gave your best. That’s what this program is all about. Continue to give your all and you will find that success already belongs to you. I further congratulate you on your sportsmanship. We all cheered for each other regardless of the team affiliation. It’s a great pleasure working with people who possess your type of character. If today’s event is symbolic of the remainder of the program I am anxious to see the results!!!!!! Take care and have a safe holiday weekend.

  5. What a workout! ! ! Tonight’s session was high energy! ! ! and all of my teammates were up for the task. This is the best exercise class I have ever experienced. Yell, I will be sore tomorrow, but that lets me know that I am moving toward my goal. Thanks! ! ! COACHES! ! ! YOU ARE THE GREATEST! ! !

  6. Congratulation Yellow Team, the momentum that you have is awesome. Think about it, this past weekend you won the 1st team challenge and today you found out that you, the team, loss the most weight. What does this say about you? It says you are motivated and dedicated to achieve your goal of losing weight and obtaining a better lifestyle of health. I am really proud of you all. Again, CONGRATULATION!!

  7. Good Morning everyone, this is one of the best things I’ve done for myself
    in a long time. I am up for the challenge, even if it means
    stumbling/falling and kissing the dirt at every challenge event! ! ! (smile)
    Or screaming in order to pump/push/pull out those last two or three
    repetitions during our exercise.

    During the event held on this past Saturday, I felt like a kid again,
    running and playing with my playmates, what a joy. I was beginning to feel
    old and useless, especially since I have gained so much weight and my hair
    line has begin to turn white/gray. But, Praise Be To God! ! ! He sent me
    you all and I have been encouraged and I pray that each of you will be
    encouraged as well.

  8. Yellow Team we’ll do our thing!!
    Hi team! I am so proud to have you all as my team-mates. Your attitude and dedication to your workout has proven that you all are on a mission. At the end of this program, you will see the following physical attributes:
    • Considerable weight lose
    • Improve body composition
    • Increase in energy
    • Increase in strength
    At the end of this program, your lifestyle will change because you will be in the habit of watching what you eat and knowing the type of exercises to do in order to maintain the new you. So Yellow Team, KUDOS!!!

  9. Yellow Team, you did your thing!!
    Yellow Team, I like to thank each of you for a job well done. Today we literally took the word TEAM, Together Everyone Achieves More, to win the first of many team challenges that lies ahead. Your enthusiasm and can do attitude are what caused our team to prevail. I believe you will continue to strive for perfection in this program and thereafter. Again, KUDOS Yellow Team!!

  11. It’s great to see that we are beginning to chime in and share our experiences with the world. This is a very important element of our program. Why, one may ask? Because there is power in words. The things we say may very well inspire others to take control of there health. If so, we are definitely fulfilling our mission.

  12. Tonight was so hard. It felt like my body was rebelling against me. I thought I was not going to make it through the workout. I made it. Thanks to everyone for the concern. Hopefully things will get better.

  13. Good Evening All,

    As we worked out as a group this evening, one thing kept going through my mind is that even though we may have our own individual goals, we are here to motivate each other. One thing that I am learning it is easy to commit to a plan when there are others who are just as motivated as I am to succeed. To me the success is not to lose the most weight out the group, but it is being able to understand the challenges that I have faced to get me to the point where I am today and know what I need to do to get beyond that “plateau” and to change my mindset. One thing that I know for certain is that once this program ends, I will have learned a wealth of information and practiced some much better habits that will inspire me. Also, this opportunity to network with others who have similar goals, not just for weight loss, but also for being healthier.

  15. Hello Yellow Team!! I like to thank you all for giving your 110% effort in competing against the Blue Team. I am very proud of you all. Remember this, you tasted victory once and you will taste victory again. I am quite sure that each of you has notice that your strength and endurance are improving. This means that you are winning the battle on the personal challenges that you set forth. You all are wnners. Hooray!!

    I just wanted to say how the Yellow Team had a very motivating and rewarding workout. I started out tonight with very little energy and motivation and I felt so energized. This was one of the best workouts so far! Thanks for a wonderful workout!

  17. I concur with Nakiba. The Yellow Team did have one of their best work-outs yet. Their is obvious improvement in everyones physical conditioning.

  18. Well…I’ll say…that I felt so much energy afterwards..but I was mad…..MAD I say! Hormones…but tonight’s work out…let’s just say…I’mma sleep gooooooooood! That’s what happened Wednesday night too…I didn’t wake up until the clock went off! WOO HOO! Let’s do this yall!

  19. Hi All! I just wanted to say GO TEAM YeLLOW! We had a wonderful workout tonight. I came into the workout with little energy, but left with a lot of energy. Special thanks to ALL who was a part of tonight’s workout. Each person added their energy to make this a great workout!

  20. I want to get involved. I must get healthier, and the only way is to lose this excess weight. I hope to see you soon.
