What is the best way to Lose weight?

 I have recently received tons of related emails. Many asking the same question. What is the best way to lose weight? My answer is a very simple six letter word…CARDIO! Of course there are many factors that contribute to a successful weight loss program. However, if I rate all factors in order of importance, maintaining a great cardiovascular regimen would be at the top of my list. Why? Because it works. Weight loss is a very simple equation; Caloric expenditure must be greater than caloric intake. The best way to ensure you are ahead of the curve is to do high amounts of aerobic activity. Therefore if you want drastic changes as related to weight loss, do drastic amounts of cardio…of course always exercise within your own fitness parameters.
