Congratulations to all!!!

Congratulations to the entire Choose 2 Lose family.  The results achieved at this week’s weigh-in were astonishing.  Cumulatively, we lost nearly 130 lbs.  Your dedication to succeed was made manifest on Tuesday.  Everyone averaged almost 5 lbs weight loss.  It was invigorating to see the fruits of your labor.  Undoubtedly, it was a long and challenging first week of competition.  I’m certain by now; we are all convinced that hard work pays off! I’m extremely proud of all of you.  Keep up the good work!  I’m anxious to see what is yet to come.
