Garret Martin

My name is Garrett Martin. I was born on June 6, 1984 in Houston, Texas. I started weightlifting at the age of seven, and have been doing it ever since. I am a member of the United States Powerlifting Federation, where I compete in strength competitions. My most recent accomplishment was taking 1st place in bench press at the 2007 USPF GA State Powerlifting Championships and Deep South Bench Press Contest. My lifting goals are to eventually compete in strongman competitions and to continue to help people achieve the goals they might think are not possible.
